The MGPC-PBRN is devoted to providing the highest quality of care to individuals and communities served by our academic, community-based, and neighborhood health center practices. Our goal is to provide complete primary care to individuals of all ages by emphasizing prevention and health promotion through continuity with providers, and comprehensive disease management in partnership with specialist colleagues and services.
